a rastafarian vegan restaurant in Paris
(Facebook) (Facebook)
This vegan restaurant finds its inspiration especially in the Rastafarian culture and way of eating. This is by far my favourite vegan restaurant I have ever tried in my entire life, anywhere in the world.
Here you can taste an afro-vegan kitchen, as Africa is at the heart of the recipes but not only, since the restaurant is also inspired from India, Japan, the West Indies, and even America, celebrating an animal-friendly and very healthy food. There, you can find delicious Raw Rolls, Boudda Bowls, Vegan Hot Dogs, burgers, fresh juice and smoothies and so on.
Coralie Jouhier and Daqui Gomis started selling vegan hot dogs in their tricycle in Paris and then opened their restaurants Le Tricycle and JahJah.
