Indeed, the Ithaa restaurant - which means pearl in the national language - was built in the heart of turquoise waters, 5 meters below sea level. A translucent acrylic shell allows guests to observe the seabed. Ithaa is one of the only restaurants that offers stunning views of the ocean.
