This rustic restaurant is tucked away in the village of Jimenez de Jamuz. It is located in a beautiful area, next to many stone houses with an outside dining terrace.
You enter the restaurant and the first thing you see is all the dry aged beef. reared by chef and farmer José Gordon. Customers dine downstairs in the cave setting, making it a unique experience. El Capricho also has a wine cellar which customers describe as incredible.
